The activation is envisioned to integrate picnic culture, entertainment, local food and beverage concepts, arts, and community engagement within a well-curated and cohesive environment. The objective is to create a distinctive destination that reflects Qatar-s cultural identity while supporting its broader tourism and visitor experience goals. Through this RFP, Visit Qatar seeks to appoint a capable service provider to deliver a fully integrated solution, including concept development, site design, event operations, logistics, and overall project management.
