COTA is seeking experienced consulting support to assist with the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of marketing and community engagement events. The selected contractor will work collaboratively with COTA-s Marketing Department to support event logistics, outreach, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with COTA-s branding and strategic goals.Responsibilities include project coordination, development of event timelines and support plans, stakeholder coordination, and assistance with event-day execution.
