Tenders are invited for Event Management Consulting Services
(1) Vendor needs to provide event management consulting services.
• Large event design, branding and promotion.
• Agenda, session, activity planning, coordination and execution.
• Recruiting event speakers, participants, etc.
• Vendor and logistics management, including coordinating venue tours, site booking, equipment rentals, catering, audio-visual support, etc.
• Other event planning and support services as assigned by the agency.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 28, 2024.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 02, 2024.
(4) A contract period will be for one year.
