La Poste wishes to call on a service provider providing event engineering services at the head office of the La Poste group located at 9 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia 75015 Paris.
The headquarters of the La Poste group consists of buildings A, B, C and D of the site called "Lemnys".
Dedicated spacesWithin the headquarters welcome event operations daily, by functioning as a real professional conference center.
The different directions and entities on site use more than 170 meeting rooms of different capacities spread over the wholeof the site. Part of these spaces is grouped together at the conference center named the forum, alone constituting an establishment open to the public (ERP).
Description of the places concerned by the benefits expected within the framework of this market:
- the dedicated event spaces grouped withinof the forum: 1 auditorium of 250 places and its fitted management as well as reception spaces (the home, two modular reception rooms space R1 and space R2 and the trade fair).
- The reception and meeting spaces of the La Poste Group: The Salle of the Board of Directorsand its technical management as well as the 2 meeting rooms of the president.
- The meeting rooms or other spaces within the Lemnys.
