Description : The Council is seeking to engage and appoint an organisation who will manage and provide all services within this programme as detailed below. 1. The support should be a hybrid of face to face and online support. 2. There is no precise definition of what is covered within the night-time economy but for the purposes of this project the night-time economy refers to businesses which are active between the hours of 6pm and 6am within the hospitality and leisure sectors. 3. The council would like to see a bootcamp format used to support SME's with the potential to grow. 4. The provider should also support businesses in accessing 1-2-1 support with a network of business advisers. 5. Whilst the council has set out some types of support we would like to see, we are keen to see new and innovative methods to support this sector.
