A digital processing portal must be created for all of Switzerland to allow all the parties concerned to treat and depo-serve the technical energy supporting documents within the framework of the building permit procedure, without having recourse to paper .The application systems used in can-tits must be presented on a portal structured in such a way that cantanal adaptations can be implemented easily and at any time. It is planned to use a common common platform Intercantonal offering the possibility of submitting the energy documents required as part of a construction request. The result of the initial phase consists of a pro-position implemented for the development of an intercantonal web portal (Saas solution: Software As a service). This variant provides for the creation of a portal hosted centrally, which can be used in all cantons using a web browser.
