RFI Amendment dated 8/4/2026:
The purpose of this amendment is to communicate additional information to industry related to the anticipated EASS procurement. Contract Type: NASA intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to issue Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. NASA-s decades of experience and historical information with the EASS requirements will allow NASA to negotiate individual task requirements on a FFP basis. This approach aligns with recent Executive Orders and the NASA Administrator-s vision related to contract type.
To assist offerors with planning, NASA intends to issue a draft solicitation by the end of September, hold an industry conference in early October, and issue a final solicitation by mid-November. The anticipated award date is anticipated to be no later than (NLT) June 2027, and the performance period will be five (5) years.
The due date for receipt of capability statements is extended to 8/7/2026.
1. Purpose:
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center (LaRC) is seeking information from potential sources for the follow-on procurement of the “Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support 3” contract (80LARC20D0007). LaRC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought as a means of engaging with industry and conducting market research to identify potential sources having interest, surveying current vendor capabilities within the marketplace/industry to support the requirement, and soliciting input helpful to foster competition. NASA will leverage the results of the market research to finalize the requirements and to form the most suitable competitive approach to meet the Agency-s needs, including identifying the capabilities of small businesses to meet the EASS requirements.
