Hse cho 1 mental health services invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to undertake a research study to describe and explore factors influencing the use of and reduction in coercive treatments in three acute approved mental health units in the republic of ireland. The research study is anticipated to commence in or as close as possible to early june 2019 and to conclude in december 2020. Tenderers should note that the maximum available budget is €64, 500 (exclusive of vat) and that hse seeks to achieve value for money. Tenderers must be cognisant of this budget when preparing their tender submission. It is requested that service providers respond to this invitation to tender only if they are confident that they have both the level of expertise and the capacity within their organisation to meet the requirement of hse within the available budget and timeframe.
