Description : UNICEF East Asia and Pacific (EAPRO) is now soliciting a request for proposal reference to LRPS-2019-9154163, to conduct Evaluation of the UNICEF Rights, Education and Protection program to promote inclusive development approaches which fulfil the rights of children with disabilities. The purpose of this independent summative and formative evaluation is to assess achievement of outcomes and the constraints to achieve these. The evaluation aims to identify lessons from the implementation of the Rights, Education and Protection (REAP) II at regional and country level that could be used to shape future programming and to inform the objectives and geographical focus of the next phase. The primary audience of this evaluation is UNICEF EAPRO and CO Management of the three demonstration countries, UNICEF Programme Division (including the Disability Section) and the donor DFAT (previously AusAID). The secondary audience includes UNICEF partners namely government, implementing partners, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities, and rightsholders, as well as other donors potentially interested in investing in UNICEF`s disability inclusive programming.
