Evaluation of the quality level of services provided to companies during one edition of development programs, i.e. one edition of the incubation program and one edition of the acceleration program, organized in 2026 as part of the "Entrepreneurial Małopolska" project 1.The subject of the order is the evaluation of the quality level services provided to companies during one edition of development programs, i.e. one edition of the incubation program and one edition of the acceleration program, organized in 2026 as part of the "Entrepreneurial Małopolska" project. The main elements of the order will include: developing questionnaires for individual in-depth interviews, conducting individual in-depth interviews, conducting interviews with experts involved in the implementation of the program, analyzing data and preparing reports on the conducted research, development of infographics. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be included as an annex to the public procurement contract. 3.Conditions of order execution are included in the designed ones provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4.
