The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies/individuals to submit proposals to conduct the Evaluation of the UNESCO "Social Media 4 Peace" project. This project, launched in January 2021 and ending in November 2024, is funded by the EU's Foreign Instrument Contributing to Peace and Stability for the amount of EUR 4 million. It is implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kenya, Indonesia, and Colombia, with the main objective to strengthen the societal resilience to potentially harmful content spread online, in particular hate speech inciting violence, while protecting freedom of expression and enhancing the promotion of peace through digital technologies, notably social media.The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between 18/04/2024 and 18/10/2024. It is mandatory that none of the members of the evaluation team havebeen previously involved in the implementation of the activities under review.Please refer to attached procurement notice form.
