Keminmaa's council has decided as a decision in principle that the municipal government should act in such a way that it promotes the sale of fish roads and submits a proposal to the council after preparation regarding the sale of fish roads. According to § 130 of the Municipal Act, a municipality can transfer or lease real estate it owns for at least ten years in a competitive market-based bidding process, for which no conditions are set. There must be a tender open and must be adequately communicated. When the municipality hands over or rents out real estate it owns for at least ten years without a tender in accordance with subsection 1, an impartial appraiser must evaluate the real estate's market value or market-based rent level. The municipality must also take into account what is stipulated in Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. market value separately. The municipality of Keminmaa is requesting an offer for the evaluation of the market value of two fish roads.
