Evaluation of the PITer+ PARCOURS+ The consultation concerns the evaluation of the PITer+ PARCOURS+. The contract holder will be responsible for evaluating the PITer+ PARCOURS+ at mid-term and at the end of the programming as well as providing a capitalization strategy for the results. The expected evaluations aim to: 1. evaluate the relevance of the strategy in order to know if the PITer meets the initial expectations of the partners; 2. measure the consistency of the actions implemented within each project with the needs and objectives identified in the PITer+ PARCOURS+ cross-border cooperation strategy submitted in 2024; 3. evaluate the results of the activities carried out by the 4 simple projects; 4. measure the complementarity of simple projects with each other; 5. analyze the impact (in terms of communication, governance, economy, etc.) of PARCOURS+ on target audiences (how, how much, etc.); 6. analyze the successes of the PITer+ PARCOURS+ and areas for improvement and formulate recommendations in order to enable for partners to prepare future European programming; 7. produce recommendations in terms of capitalization tools, valorization activities and good practices and establishment of performance indicators and dissemination of PARCOURS+ activities Doc Title: Evaluation of the PITer+ PARCOURS+ Contract Type: services
