The project is about finding new methods to counter and prevent youth crime. The evaluation shall provide a professional and operative decision-making basis for further development and continuation and possible implementation of the project's collaboration model and working methodology. The assignment will shed light on how the model works in practice, identify which parts should be continued, adjusted or terminated, and assess organizational prerequisites for continuation. A special purpose is to assess how experience, methods and working methods from the project can be used in the new organization after the district reform from 2028. Estimated value of the procurement is NOK 700, 000 excl. mva.
