Subject: Born from the merger of the municipalities of Saint-Denis and Pierrefitte-Sur-Seine on January 1, 2025, the new municipality of Saint-Denis brings together more than 149, 000 residents and constitutes the second largest city in Île-De-France. While the Harmonizations resulting from this rapprochement are continuing, the Community wishes to draw up an objective assessment, effects on public services, staff and users, and to inform organizational choices for the coming years. In this perspective, The City Launches a Consultation in Order to Retain a Service Provider Responsible for an Evaluation Mission. This will focus on the financial, organizational, heritage and human impacts of the merger, on its consequences for users of public services, As well as on the formalization of the different possible development scenarios of the new municipality.
