Evaluation of the main agreement in the state The central parties in the state, the Ministry of Digitalization and Administration (DFD) and the main associations (Akademikerne, LO Stat, Unio and YS Stat) have decided to announce this Assignment to ensure a joint basis of knowledge about the main agreement and its implementation before further negotiations on the main agreement in autumn 2026. The main agreement, which applies for the period 1 January 2023 - 31 December 2025, has now been extended until 2026. The purpose of the Assignment is to identify possible reasons or explanations for the collaboration being perceived as good or bad in the business, or that it is perceived differently between the parties locally. Furthermore, it is desirable to find out what knowledge shop stewards and employer representatives have different levels in the businesses have about the main agreement, including whether joint training is carried out in and evaluation of co-determination in the business. The assignment must also survey whether the businesses have assessed and made adaptations in their own operations as a result the changes in the main agreement with effect from 1 January 2023. In the Assignment, dialogue with the parties to the main agreement must be facilitated. An interview will be conducted with the Norwegian Director of Human Resources and the leaders of the four main associations, Akademikerne, LO Stat, Unio and YS Stat.
