1. The subject of the order is to conduct a study entitled: "Evaluation of the functioning of BUR and the ESF development services system and activities to ensure the quality of services provided in BUR (Part I and Part II)". regarding Part I The main purpose of the study is evaluation of the existing ESF support model implemented through the BUR intended for entrepreneurs, employees of enterprises and natural persons. The result of the evaluation will be recommendations that can be used by the FERS MA and FERS IP (PARP) and regional IP to improve the functioning of BUR in the ESF support ecosystem and the ESF system. regarding Part II The main objective of the study is to assess the relevance, effectiveness and usefulness of PARP support under the FERS 2021-2027 activities - "Raising competences of the staff of BUR Entities” and “Development Services 4.0”. 2.
