The subject of the public contract of evaluation of selected interventions of IROP according to the details of the details of evaluation design below. The evaluation is processed on the basis of obligations arising from Articles 44 and 46 Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2021/1060 of June 24, 2021Czech Republic of 29 April 2019 No. 284 et al. Act No. 248/2000 Coll., On the support of regional development, as amended. The evaluation will contribute to the preparation of the evaluation of the results of interventions implemented through IROP, approved within the IROP 2021-2027 evaluation plan (EP IROP)and processed in accordance with the methodological instruction for indicators, evaluation and publicity 2021-2027, part of the evaluation and operating manual of the IROP 2021-2027.to better targeting future interventions.
Partial objectives:
• to evaluate the regional deployment of investment in the field of social and health infrastructure IROP 2014-2020 using geographical methods and display and provide feedback and formulate recommendations towards better targeting futureintervention;
• evaluate a sample of selected IROP 2021-2027 interventions and propose to complement the monitoring and evaluation system of these interventions in terms of Fating SRR 2021+, IROP program, Territal Impact Assessment (TIA) and Territorial dimensions.are:
