Evaluation of GCMHP-s Strategic Plan Programs 2019-2021

GCMHP was established as an NGO in 1990, and is the first mental health institution in Gaza that can provide professional mental health / psychosocial services. It was also the first to introduce the concept of community mental health in the region, and the first to link mental health to human rights. With its three community Centres located in Gaza city, Middle Governorate and Southern Governorate, staffed with interdisciplinary teams, the organization has been providing coverage for most of the Gaza strip.

GCMHP is seeking a qualified consultancy firm for the evaluation consultancy service of the GCMHP-s Strategic Plan Programs of 2019-2021. The consultancy service is provided in the form of a consultancy work by a competent, qualified firm with the relevant experience in the field under the following conditions:

Professional service is guided by “Terms of Reference” showing:

· The scope of the work.

· Objectives

· Level of efforts and main deliverables.

· The reporting requirements including the types and frequencies of reports to be prepared.

Professional service should be procured based on competitive bidding process in accordance to GCMHP internal regulations.
Technical & Financial Proposals should be presented in separate sealed envelopes.
GCMHP is not committed to lowest price offers.
The consultancy service should avoid any kind of conflict of interest among the parties.
All offered prices should be in USD including VAT.
Interested firms to obtain the ToR available from Administrative Affairs & Human Resource Unit- GCMHP headquarter, Gaza Tal Al Hawa beside Gaza Rosary Sisters- school.
