Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) purchase order and negotiate only with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Hoffman Engineering LLC (CAGE Code 06097), as the only known sources of the required services. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
