The united states coast guard (uscg), aviation logistics center (alc), srr/mh-65 aircraft division has a requirement for the evaluation and repair of main rotor blades and main rotor blade tip caps used on the mh-65 aircraft. Uscg alc is seeking qualified contractors with the facilities, equipment, skills, knowledge, and resources required to evaluate and repair the mh-65 main rotor blades and main rotor blade tip caps, as well as provide whirltower testing, metallic tip block replacement, root end bushings replacement, bushing re-bonding and touch-up, and structural skin repairs (up to 6cm2 surface damage size, 6cm2 - 100cm2, 101cm2 - 400cm2, 401cm2 - 700cm2, 701cm2 - 1000cm2) for the parts identified below:
