Tender Details

The seller must support Region Vaesterbotten to develop, follow up and evaluate ongoing projects and be helpful in developing new project ideas. The assignment aims to strengthen and streamline the work of the regional development administration and Region Vaesterbotten and ensure that bothexisting and new projects contribute to the region's strategic development goals.



The assignment includes:

* Follow-up and evaluation of ongoing projects. Follow-up aims to capture whether the activities in a project are moving in the direction of set targets. Evaluation must to a greater extent answer questions aboutwhy or why the goals are not achieved and whether it is due to the project's efforts or environmental factors. The evaluation should also answer to a greater extent questions about whether the project's longer-term goals or effects are being achieved, rather than looking at the project's performance.



Both follow-up and evaluationdering must respond to whether projects have achieved planned results and effects by, among other things, analyzing relevance, coherence, goal fulfillment and sustainability. The purpose is to ensure the project's compliance with the project's goals, Region Vaesterbotten's strategic guidelines and the EU funds' bestaming. Follow-ups and evaluations must follow the structure that the current financier has for the project.
