Request for Expressions of Interest

The World Bank now invites expressions of interest from eligible consultants on the survey planned in the framework of the project Evaluating and Optimizing the Service Delivery Chain for Youth Mental Health in Lithuania. The survey will be of selected public sector employees in central ministries and municipal administrations; and primary and secondary schools. The aim of the survey will be to measure a variety of organizational and human resource factors, and attitudes, behaviors, and experiences of public administrators, teachers, principals, and school mental health care providers. Details are provided in the accompanying TORs.
