In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be part of a National Cooperative*** CITY intends to replace its current Customer Information System, which is a highly customized, on-premise version of Banner, by adopting a modern, industry-leading, cloud-based SaaS CIS & Billing solution. The utility-s objective is to reduce operating costs, add functionally, and reduce training time by using capabilities of the software that support their day-to-day business. With a modern, efficient, scalable, and easy-to-integrate-with solution, the new system will enhance customer data and billing management, streamline processes, improve security posture, improve data accuracy and accessibility, as well as reduce in-house support effort and cost. This project is critical to effectively maintain accurate billing including collections and ensure customer satisfaction.
