Tender Details

Hospitality is an important objective for the tax authorities. For this, the "Learning and development program Samen Gastvrij" has been set up, in which teams and employees with customer and guest contact are brought to a higher level. In order to further give hands and feet here, the Tax and Customs Administration is looking for a partner who can support the results and exercise -oriented by, among other things: conducting satisfaction research, scans to map the current situation and carry out required interventions to achieve the desired result to come. The first target group of this program is the operational facility services, after which possible other parts of the organization and/or other partners can follow. Contrary to what is possible in TenderNed, there is no question of a distribution of the assignment into plots.
