The nature of this assignment requires a flexible approach. The Mobility Plan Implementation Program 2024 2028 forms a dynamic framework: it can be adjusted during the term of the agreement, for example as a result of policy developments, participation results or administrative choices. This may mean that locations are added, changed or expired. The contractor must be able to anticipate this and is able to comprise the following activities within the scope V the assignment (non -limitatively): • Preparing and supervising participation processes per location; • It Assessing wishes and input from residents on traffic and technical feasibility; • The preparation of design drawings in accordance with guidelines and municipal policy frameworks; • The preparation of cost estimates per measure or location; • Preparing the grant applications for measures; • The preparation of technical specifications and tender documents for the implementation phase.
