We organize a European tender for the hiring of temporary staff for IT functions through preferred suppliers (plot 1) and a broker for all other functions (plot 2). We ask our new contracting parties that they make an effort to find a correct match for Gasunie and thereby offer optimum support for recruitment, selection, advice, remuneration, test on applicable laws and regulations, contracting and administration. A correct match is understood to mean, among other things: a qualitative match based on substantive knowledge and experience, skills and competencies, but also on the basis of availability and timing of deployment, is important.
