This is part of the National Insulation Program (NIP). The Municipality of Westland wants to continue implementing it a multi-year approach to make it as sustainable as possible and encourage homeowners to insulate their homes. The performance agreed with the government is to insulate 3268 homes by 31122028. The municipality's goal is to no longer build homes by 2030. with energy labels D, E, F and G.
