The overall objective of this TA operation is to support the preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments for the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine, as well as for the economic resilience of both Ukraine and Moldova. The scope of services includes Technical Assistance and engineering services on the full infrastructure project cycle, from strategy support, master planning and investment programming, to feasibility studies, design services, procurement support, implementation support and technical audits. The contract will cover the short- and medium-term needs in the municipal (including urban water), transport, energy, digital/telecoms, agriculture logistics, and social infrastructures sectors.
