The overall objective of this action is to expand and diversify Palestinian international trade, attract more quality domestic and foreign investment as well as enhance the level of standards and quality infrastructure, creating revenue, new jobs, innovation, growth and welfare. Component I) to enhance the formulation and implementation of trade policies, trade negotiation capabilities and delivery of trade-related public services by the PA, helping to expand trade with international and EU markets. Component II) to improve PA-s investment policies and planning, coordination and promotion of investments, as well as the delivery of investment-related public services, attracting more and better quality domestic and foreign, notably EU investment. Component III) to strengthen Palestinian quality infrastructure systems, improving PA quality-related services, increasing quality of Palestinian products and their acceptance and presence on international and EU markets.
