The specific objectives (Outcome) are as follow: •Specific Objective (outcome) 1: Improve the coordination of the European Union cooperation strategies, ensuring institutional relations and technical collaboration with the relevant counterparts and beneficiaries. •Specific Objective (outcome) 2: Enhance the capacity of line ministries and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of EU strategies, policies and projects. •Specific Objective (outcome) 3: Increase the capacity of all relevant stakeholders to develop actions in the framework of the Global Gateway and the Indo-Pacific Strategy.
