Tender Details

The tender relates to a contract for the transport of waste, landfill and recyclable materials from 5 recycling stations for Revas under Viborg Municipality. With this contract, the winning supplier gets a right and an obligation to transport the waste, landfill and recyclable materials that arecovered by the contract, within the areas specified in the tender list, cf. the tender material in general. It is noted below that the Ordering Party may continuously make changes to opening hours and operating conditions as well as renovations at the existing recycling stations and the tenderer must therefore be willingt on potential changes to these conditions at the recycling stations during the contract period. The ordering party or other authorities may also decide to change the reception facility and the transport to the new reception facility. The transporter must also be prepared that changed sorting requirements during the contract period mayn result in individual fractions appearing or disappearing or being transferred to a receiving facility which itself is responsible for the transport, and thus exits from this transport task, e.g. as a result of tendering. A potential fluctuation in the number of fractions and quantities can thus be expected from year to year and from month to monthto month depending on the specific and actual need. In addition to the transport, the tenderer must take care of travel planning and coordination of all transport covered by the contract on the basis of the Ordering Party's orders.
