EU tender for total consultancy regarding Baltorpvej 20, Baltoppen LIVE The building needs general maintenance, and the client wants the following works planned and subsequently tendered as the main contract. The task includes but is not limited to following: Extension of the foyer with approx. 85 m2. Rebuilding, expansion, renovation and furnishing of the entire foyer. Roof renovation and mold remediation of all roof surfaces. Installation of solar cell system on roof. heating blankets in the entrance areas. Establishment of radiant heating in floor A incl. mixing loop. Replacement of 1 pc. ventilation system for floor A incl. mixing loop. Establishment of a new ventilation system for the foyer incl. mixing loop. Remodeling and expansion of existing CTS plant for 2 paragraph ventilation system respectively for foyer and floor A, as well as for radiant heating system in Floor A and heating blankets in foyer.
