The tender includes total consultancy for the Municipality of Viborg by Nyt Velkomstcenter.
The service includes total consultancy (architectural and engineering services) regarding planning, tendering and conversion of Staenderpladsen 2 to the Welcome Building. The total consultant must assist the Client in coordinating the construction case under hele proposal, design and execution phase as well as delivery, 1 year review and commissioning as described in the attached material.

A total of DKK 39 million has been allocated. DKK excl. VAT for the project, and the governing financial framework for the consultantone's solution to the task (artisan costs excluding VAT) is approx. 27 million DKK including unforeseen expenses.
