Sub-agreement 1 - Black waste bags for residual waste to Aalborg Municipality Sub-agreement 2 - Green waste bags for food waste and red waste bags for textile waste for Hjørring and Brønderslev Municipality This is evident from the waste directives in force in Aalborg, Hjørring and Brønderslev Municipality that Nordværk distributes certain types of waste bags to households in these municipalities. In this connection, Nordværk needs to carry out a tender with a view to entering into a contract regarding the ongoing purchase of these waste bags (which hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") The contract is offered as a public tender in accordance with Section II of the Public Procurement Act. Nordværk has decided to divide the Contract into the following partial agreements: •Sub-agreement 1: Black waste bags for residual waste to Aalborg Municipality •Partial agreement 2: Green waste bags for food waste and red waste bags for textile waste for Hjørring and Brønderslev Municipality. The tenderer has the option to submit a tender for one or both partial agreements. Nordværk carries out separate evaluations of respectively Sub-agreement 1 and Sub-agreement 2. The tenderer can thus be awarded none, one or both sub-agreements. Partial agreement 1 includes the annual supply of approximately 390, 000 rolls (consisting of 50 bags each) of black waste bags for residual waste. In addition, Sub-agreement includes 2 annually delivery of approximately 224, 000 rolls (consisting of 50 bags) or of approximately 168, 000 rolls (consisting of 70 bags) of green waste bags for food waste as well as approximately 56, 000 rolls (consisting of 10 bags) of red...
