This pre-qualification concerns tenders regarding acquisition of a security management system (hereafter SMS) for Denmark's Prisons (hereinafter referred to as the Principal or Denmark's Prisons).
Denmark's Prisons thus wants to acquire a software-based IT system with digital integrations to existing ones and future security and fire engineering systems at Denmark's Prisons locations. There must, among other things, integrated for ABA, ADK, AIA, lighting, cell calls, assault alarms, perimeter monitoring, intercom, TVO, body camera etc.
The delivery also includes all necessary services in connection with the purchases, including implementation of a new central operating model in the Danish Prisons Authority and, in extension, operational support (3rd level support), implementation of SMS on the registers and everything that a purchase includes, including e.g. setup, programming, installations, integration of the location security and fire engineering systems and the individual units as well as tests.
It is the Client who decides whether the contract is to be extended or not, and this will happen with 6 months' notice. In addition, the Supplier is obliged to provide maintenance, support, licenses, operational support, etc. for up to 7 years after a registry has purchased the Solution.
