This tender includes a framework agreement regarding the purchase of partially buried containers (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"). The framework agreement will also include the possibility of ongoing purchases of spare parts. Nordværk offers the Framework Agreement, as Nordværk in the coming years year expects to need to establish a number of waste stations consisting of partially buried containers in its owner municipalities. The partially buried containers must be delivered to a designated place in the following of Nordværk's owner municipalities: Aalborg Municipality, Brønderslev Municipality, Hjørring Municipality and Jammerbugt Municipality (Nordværk expects, however, that deliveries will mainly be made to designated places in Brønderslev Municipality, Jammerbugt Municipality and Hjørring Municipality). Spare parts, on the other hand, must be delivered to the address Miljøvej 5, 9800 Hjørring (Port 10). Reference is made to the other tender materials for a detailed description of Nordværk's requirements for the partially buried containers and spare parts, as well as terms regarding delivery, payment/invoicing, non-compliance etc. The framework agreement comes into force when it is signed by Nordværk and the winning tenderer. However, the framework agreement will not enter into force until 1 May 2026 at the earliest. The framework agreement will then run for two years, unless Nordværk makes use of the option to extension. The framework agreement thus contains the possibility that Nordværk can extend this for two periods of one year.
