Tender for general consultants at Magleparken 10-14 in Ballerup, where total renovation and rebuilding of the ventilation system is to be done. The building was built in 1969 and comprises a total of 3, 039 m² distributed over the ground floor and partial basement. The project covers this scope:1) Roof renovation: Post-insulation of the roof surface, including replacement and adaptation of all openings, incl. skylights and skylights above the inner floor.2) Ventilation system: Reconstruction of the system and duct system, so that it is brought up to contemporary standards with updated management principles, including CTS.
