Tender Details

The tender deals with cleaning and window polishing at a number of Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality's units. The tasks are currently carried out by 2 different suppliers. Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality has its own cleaning staff employed at several units. Ringkøbing-Skjern The municipality does not undertake to purchase for a specific amount, as the extent of the services will depend on the needs of the individual contracting units. Last year's consumption is approx. 14.4 million DKK. The contract is divided into 6 partial agreements. Sub-agreements 1 -3 deal with cleaning and partial agreements 4-6 deal with window polishing. A more detailed description can be found in appendix 2 - tender list. It is possible for municipal units to sign up and unsubscribe from the agreement during the entire contract period. Bidders can bid on an optional number of sub-agreements, but only entire partial agreements. It is possible to bid on each subcontract separately and each subcontract has its own winner Partial agreement 1 - Vest - cleaning Cleaning of units in area west.
