EU Tender for Audit Services The tender includes the provision of audit services which must include statutory audits for all accounts and accounting areas that belong to the municipality. The audit must include financial audits, ongoing administrative audits, IT audit and must be carried out in accordance with good auditing practice. The audit also includes, unless otherwise stipulated, accounts for private and self-owned institutions, endowments and joint municipal enterprises for which the municipality has entered into collective agreement with, on cash and accounting functions, is accounting for, or where audit is to be carried out by the municipality's auditor.
