Tender Details

The subject of the noise survey is the environmental noise caused by the streets and highways in the Turku city area, as well as some isolated sites. In addition to the environmental noise survey, the procurement includes a noise control action plan, which will be carried out in 2028. Works must be done in accordance with the job description attached to the tender request and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. It is about the preparation of the Turku city noise survey 2027 and the Turku city noise control action plan 2029 - 2033 (MTTS). At work a noise report meeting the requirements of VnA 801/2004 and MTTS for the Turku city area will be prepared. The noise survey is done and reported first, and the information obtained from it serves as input data for MTTS. MTTS is supposed to be an update work, where as a starting point the previous MTTSs (Turu noise abatement action plans 2018 - 2022 and 2024 - 2028) are active. The required work completion schedule is indicated in the job description. Government decree on noise surveys and noise control action plans In accordance with 1107/2021, the noise reports of the fifth stage must be ready and entered in the environmental protection information system by June 30, 2027. MTTS must be ready and registered in the environmental protection information system by 18 July 2029. The noise survey will be carried out in Turku in cooperation between the city and the Finnish Railways Agency. The tender must present and describe at a general level the Tenderer's action plan for the implementation of the work. 1 supplier will be selected.
