The EU-Vietnam Cooperation Facility will support the project cycle management of all EU development programmes and will enhance EU-Vietnam policy dialogue. This will enable the EU to implement efficient strategies and achieve successful cooperation objectives in line with its political priorities, positioning the EU as a reliable partner of Vietnam. The contractor will provide the EU with robust high quality consulting services in a broad range of areas and through a wide set of activities, including, inter alia, technical assistance to project cycle management, capacity building, policy dialogue services, etc. The NDICI-Global Europe represents the main cooperation framework that these services aim to support.
