The subject of the performance of the public contract is the educational services implemented on the basis of the Framework Agreement concluded in accordance with § 124 of the Act with three bidders for the performance of this public contract specified in Appendix No. 1 of this procurement documentation entitled "Specification of the subject of the public contract".
