Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the execution of work consisting in the comprehensive delivery and installation of the mobile part of the ETCS security system of application level 2 (Level 2), which will comply with the basic standard 3 (Baseline 3) (hereinafter referred to as the "Device") in railway vehicles of the series LINT27 and LINT41 series (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles" or "units"). The contract also includes the delivery of related technical documentation, including documents necessary for the operation, maintenance and repair of the Equipment, including the implementation of changes to the Equipment and all documents necessary for operation vehicles retrofitted in this way on railway lines in the Czech Republic, which will not be of a temporary or trial nature, including documents on type approval (homologation) and certificates of competence or other similar documents relating to each vehicle, i.e. approval by the Railway Authority (DÚ) and the European Railway Agency (ERA).
