THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking potential sources capable of providing Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Lithotripsy Support Services for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center located in Houston, Texas The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 621999, with a small business size standard of $20.5M. The contract is expected to be a firm, fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract, with a 60-month ordering period. The attached Performance Work Statement (Draft) provides details of the services to be provided.
