Provision of working accommodation to Defence Plaza Sydney • Modifications to existing office fitout (one level) to accommodate additional staffing, including modifications to existing services, non-loadbearing internal partitions and finishes. • Existing adjacent offices will be operational throughout the project. The Invitation to Register Interest, which is the subject of this ATM, is the first stage of a two-staged selection process. Applicants will be requested to demonstrate that they have suitable experience and ability to construct the facilities and infrastructure noted above at the required Defence locations.
