Tallinn and online courses across Estonia North Estonia (working area of PPA North prefecture) and online courses across Estonia South Estonia (working area of PPA South prefecture) and online courses across Estonia Tartu and online courses across Estonia Western Estonia and North-Eastern Estonia (PPA Western and work areas of Eastern prefecture) and online courses across Estonia The Integration Foundation orders the organization of Estonian language A1-B1 level courses aimed at new immigrants in accordance with the technical description of the public procurement (Annex 1 of the AD), taking into account the selected part of the public procurement description. The activities specified in the procurement contract concluded as a result of the public procurement must be carried out in the period from the entry into force of the procurement contract (roughly in August 2026) until 30.09.2028. Courses must be taught in the period September 2026‒August 2028 (inclusive). During the period of execution of the procurement contract, the tenderer must have a valid, relevant business license issued by the economic administration authority (Ministry of Education and Science), which gives the right to conduct Estonian language training at the A2 level and B1 level of the Estonian language. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents The provider organizes Estonian A1, A2 and B1 level courses aimed at new immigrants as contact learning in a classroom in Tallinn and in an online learning environment over Estonia.
