The subject of this inquiry is the expansion of the communication platform based on the Mattermost software. The Ordering Party requests that Contractors interested in participating in this inquiry provide the Ordering Party with a signed confidentiality declaration, a template of which is attached in the "Appendices" tab. The confidentiality declaration should be signed with a qualified electronic signature by an authorized person. The Ordering Party may request the Contractor to submit powers of attorney or registration documents confirming the authorization of the Contractor's representative to sign this declaration. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the valuation form will be made available only to Contractors who submit to the Ordering Party a completed and signed confidentiality declaration. The inquiry in question serves the Ordering Party to determine the estimated value of the order for the future purchasing procedure.
