SE "Laktalis-Sumi" in the city of Shostka is looking for a qualified specialist in the development of an estimate for the restoration of the workshop, according to the technical task. The technical task for the search for an Estimator / Engineer for estimating accounting. Main duties: • compilation and verification estimate documentation in accordance with current norms; • calculation of the cost of construction and installation works according to project documentation; • formation of contractual prices and commercial offers; • preparation and maintenance of acts of completed works (KB-2b, KB-3 forms); • analysis and control of volumes of actually performed works; • preparation of estimates for participation in tenders; • interaction with the engineering department, contractors and procurement department; • monitoring of prices for materials and construction resources; • adjustment of estimates, drafting defective acts. Candidate requirements: • higher education (construction, technical or economic), preferably but not essential; • 3 years of work experience as an estimator; • mandatory experience of working with state objects and budget financing; • knowledge of DSTU, SOU and the current regulatory framework in the field of construction; • confident command of AVK-5, MS Excel, Word; AutoCAD • ability to work with project documentation and drawings; • experience in preparing tender estimates; Reference CPV: 71242000-6 Preparation of projects and sketches, cost estimates
