Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:i) Updated Income tax payment certificate with TIN.ii) Valid Trade Licence;iii) VAT Registration Certificate, iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shallbe Tk 60.00 Lac. Liquid assets i.e. working capital or Bank Commitment or Bank credit line document should besubmitted as per ITT Clause 15.1(b).v) Two experience certificate each 40 lac or Single experiance certificate 80 lac of supply of similarGoods for the last 5 (five) years.vi) The amount of the tender security shall be tk 450000/-( Four Lac Fifty Thousand Taka Only)vii) Supplier must have mentioned brand name of all spplied items.viii) Minimum annual turnover in the last 3 (three) years preceding the date of submission of thetender is not less than TK 80 Lac.ix) Must be submitted Company Authorization Letter.
